Road trips are an adventure – no matter the distance, company, goals (or no plan at all!), they always seem to give you that rush of excitement when you first set out on one. This trip was no exception – and while I may have had to spend one sub-freezing night in a sleeping bag with my dog (also inside the sleeping bag!), the whole tour was pretty freaking awesome.
Here are the highlights:
47 days on the road – 35 nights spend in the Sylvan Sport GO – the Coolest. Camper. Ever. – 5500 miles traveled with only my pup, Pretzel, by my side. 10 awesome events in different cities across the east coast of the US including and into Canada. Over 5,000 people in attendance at those events and over $7,500 donated to doggy charities!
We shot this video the day I hit the road: https://youtu.be/7gBMg5afS5E
The trip itself went by pretty quickly, I felt like I was always torn between falling in love with the places I was visiting and wanting to move on to the next stop!
Pretzel and I slept in a pecan orchard in GA:
Got muddy a few times:
Met some new friends:
And had some pretty amazing times camping and exploring the various places we went to:
